At TileCloud, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home transformation, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all full-priced, stocked tiles. Please note that we do not accept returns on samples, clearance items, or leftover quantities of less than three full boxes.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original packaging, undamaged, and meet our minimum return quantity requirements within 30 days of delivery.
Submit a Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the tiles to receive a Return Authorization number.
Organize Shipping
Securely pack your tiles on a pallet or in sturdy boxes and arrange for transport back to our central warehouse at your own expense.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for damage, we will process your refund minus a 20% restocking fee to your original payment method.
